Here is our glorious, beloved “Creator Economy.” You know, the one where we’ve conditioned society, especially our youth, to believe that generating content for likes, relevancy, online popularity, and the illusion of Instagram/TikTok fame is more important than presence, human affection, human emotion, and IRL hugs.
You know, that good ole’ Creator Economy where Gary Vaynerchuk (the youth pastor of content creation) programmed and groomed our young impressionable adults to believe that nourishing their digital avatars and building a personal online brand was more important than taking care of their physical ones.
What’s even more disturbing is that everyone is worshipping a giant digital screen rather than taking awe in nature, a lover's gaze, a starry night sky, hand-holding, or a midnight kiss.
My heart aches looking at this video, and yes, I am terrified for the future of humanity and for what will be built in the future to distract us from the present moment because of our conditioning that a photo opp with “good lighting” is more important than “the moment.”
Has our modern tech society's pursuit of brief dopamine-driven entertainment diminished our capacity to achieve ecstatic trance states of bliss and love? Will humanity become too distracted and emotionally numb to access ecstatic trance-like states that take us to the god within ourselves? Ecstatic trance states allow us to reach multidimensional levels in the mind that surpass all human understanding and emotion. This spiritual catharsis form of soul art and energy transmutation, although ancient and deeply rooted in humanity’s ability to connect with one another and the divine, is becoming even more fragile and lost to the distraction of the glimmers of our blue light screens to share with our 1,000 followers, perpetuating the depression cycle of an already overstimulated American mind, heart, and spirit.
Humans are becoming Zombie Consuming Content Creating Drones.
This video is proof.
Damn. You are not wrong. The Acid Tongue of Truth is only so in a Truth so caustic.
