In this episode of Mind Tech Zen, I’m inviting you into the sacred practice of forgiveness, drawing from Lesson 121 of A Course in Miracles: "Forgiveness is the key to happiness." Forgiveness is a radical release of the pain, betrayal, and judgments we hold. When we forgive, we free ourselves from the chains of resentment that keep us bound to the past. When we don’t forgive our body builds tension, causing illness.
I guide you through a meditation to see the divine light in those who have wronged you. Even when it feels impossible, the spark is there. By recognizing it, we begin the process of healing—releasing the anger toward others and the suffering we’ve inflicted upon ourselves by holding onto that pain.
Forgiveness is the path to inner peace. By practicing it daily, we transcend the ego’s grip and move closer to LOVE, both for ourselves and others. I encourage you to practice this meditation, both in the morning and at night. Let’s commit to this practice and open ourselves to the possibility of deep transformation and healing.
